In addition to the Terms and rules laid out on your accommodation booking form please note that you agree to the following:
You release us from any action, demand, loss or damage for any damage, loss, injury or death occurring at or in our property, however caused.
You accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by my horse while it is on Mogendoura Farm and agree to pay any and all costs required to rectify the damage caused by your horse while it is on the property.
You will ensure whilst riding on the farm the required safety equipment will be used. Such as a helmet meeting the current Australian Standards.
